Korean White Day

One month after Valentine’s Day, White Day is observed and it’s the guys’ turn now to return gifts to the girls.

White Day (ホワイトデー) was originated in Japan and the celebration spreads to Korea (화이트데이) and Taiwan (白色情人節). In Korea, the men pay back the ladies with candies instead of chocolates. Tous les Jours will be selling Dream High’s Milk Couple (Wooyoung + IU = Wooyoo) Candy in celebration of White Day.

According to SevenEdu, most Korean men want to spend White Day with Hallyu star Kim Tae Hee (김태희) who recently gained popularity with the drama, My Princess (마이 프린세스) which also starred Song Seung Heon (송승헌).
